Just in case you were wondering what was going to be built on the empty lot at 306 Pennsylvania Ave., between Sutter and Belmont. A 7 story development is scheduled to be built as affordable housing.

According to YIMBY, the property is owned by New York City, under Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the building will have 24 units of affordable independent senior housing.

There is no scheduled date of when the project will begin, and there are no applications available at this time.  As soon as applications are available the information will be posted on EastNewYork.com.
