In honor of National Health Center Week, Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, Inc. will hold its 27th Annual Health Fair at the corner of Lafayette Ave and Fort Greene Place in Brooklyn. There will be free health screenings, games, food and giveaways while supplies last.
