Tai chi is a Chinese martial art and is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi is now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

This class will occur at the same time and same Queens Library location on every Wednesday in May, 2016.
