HEALTHY AGING GROUP: three 90-minute classes, Thursdays in June 6/1, 6/8, & 6/15 1:00pm-2:30pm. Limited to 15 people, must commit to all 3 sessions.
Sessions will cover: focusing on the connections between the mind, body and healthy aging; participants will be introduced to a variety of stress reduction techniques; you will be taught self massage and movement techniques such as Qi Gong, breathing practices and mindfulness; build your immune system and help you learn how to relax; build all- over confidence and strength to maintain your independence cialis precio sin receta.
