Stay Well volunteers are certified by the NYC’s Department for the aging and will lead participants in a well-balanced series of exercises for seniors of all ability levels. Exercise equipment will be provided. All participants must sign a wavier before joining. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. FREE.
