In coordination with National Health Center Week, Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center presents their 26th annual Health Fair: a day of free screenings to promote a healthier Brooklyn! Bring someone you love for quick, free health screenings like blood pressure, asthma, glucose and more. There will also be food, games, raffles and giveaways, while supplies last, to add a little fun to the day of health and wellness.
